Service, billing and use

NextGallery is an independent photo-to-art and wallpaper product built on third-party AI models. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the model providers.

Sign in on the web with Google or Apple. Web and iOS accounts and subscriptions are managed separately.

Free accounts receive 10 creations per UTC calendar month, with no rollover. NextGallery Plus costs $10 USD per month or $99 USD per year and includes unlimited creations, all art templates and image downloads during the paid period. Concurrent creations and short-term request frequency may be limited. Failed creations do not consume free credits.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Checkout and your order confirmation show applicable taxes and the final total. Cancel through Manage subscription to stop renewal; access continues through the paid period. Failed renewals may suspend access.

Creem acts as the merchant of record for web subscriptions and handles payments, taxes and receipts. Purchases are also subject to Creem terms. See the refund policy for refund requests and their effect on access.

You must have permission to use uploaded photos and the likenesses they contain. Pornographic, nude, sexually explicit or suggestive content, sexual content involving minors, and harmful or unlawful content generation are prohibited. Face swapping, deepfakes, impersonation and infringing uses are prohibited. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Generated images may contain errors. Review them before use or publication. Rights remain subject to the source material and applicable law; exclusivity is not guaranteed.

Cancel subscriptions before deleting your account, and contact support to close unfinished payments. Account deletion does not replace cancellation. Deleted photos and artwork cannot be recovered. Contact support@nextgallery.art for assistance. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
